Over the years he has demonstrated his ability to grow large organizations by reaching the highest achievement levels in several different companies, creating over six-figure and seven-figure incomes in each. Having built four separate business organizations from 30,000 to well over 100,000 distributors each, Dan is recognized as one of the premier experts in the direct selling industry.

Over the last decade, Dan has used his vast expertise to develop and implement “turn-key” marketing and business-building systems for several companies, which have helped tens of thousands of home-based business owners effectively and efficiently build their businesses. His systems focus on teaching people a step-by-step recipe for success that can be tailored to meet each user’s personal business goals. Dan believes anyone can build a successful home-based business as long as they are willing to put forth the effort and plug into a proven system.

In addition to building Big Business, Dan is noted for helping coach and create multiple six-figure yearly income earners throughout his career. Dan graduated from Southern Utah University in 1996 with a degree in Psychology and now is passionate about helping others get started in their own business while they are in college so they too can have the freedom to choose to do something they are passionate about.

He is known for clear thinking, fairness, and the ability to stay the course. Lynn Putnam, Vice President

Lynn’s perceptive ability to systemize and implement strategies has been the cornerstone of her successful career. She is also well known for her remarkable talent for making authentic connections and empowering everyone around her to strive for and achieve excellence. Lynn brings with her experience and expertise from her involvement in the development and management of multiple businesses. She is also recognized for her commitment to making a positive impact and is credited for spearheading countless community projects. At O2 Worldwide, she is hands-on in the day-to-day operations of the business and finds joy in working with the members personally.

Jonathan Taylor, Director of Operations

For over a decade, Jonathan has worked in the online and network marketing industries – both on the corporate side and as a distributor. With a reputation for developing strategic solutions, Jonathan has been instrumental in systems and resource development for several network marketing companies. In addition, he has set up and run several business tools and health supplement ecommerce sites – overseeing the process from product development to order fulfillment and content management to branding design. Jonathan is also well known for his wealth of knowledge about health, nutrition, and supplements as well as his keen insights of emerging research-based trends in the industry.

Tommy Cardon, Director of Sales & Marketing

Tommy’s unique abilities have commanded the attention of Fortune 500 executives, venture capitalists, a nationally syndicated talk show host, and small business owners for over a decade. One of his partners started the American Breast Cancer Foundation. Any one of these individuals will tell you that what you get with Tommy is a marketing specialist with a strong persistence to bring out the best in the people he works with. With a passion for product promotion, social influence, and human interaction, Tommy brings a unique mix of marketing skills and video production to the O2 Worldwide Team. His reputation for delivering results keeps him in high demand throughout the United States.

David Montejo, Director of International Development

David brings fifteen years of experience in network marketing (direct sales) with a successful proven track record. He has been responsible for the international expansion of many companies and has proven capabilities in regulatory procedures, operations, legal, accounting, marketing, and sales. David has also been a distributor and was responsible for millions of dollars in sales annually. Recently, he has worked as a consultant in the industry where he helped recruit and train leaders internationally. David sees the leaders as an important part of O2Worldwide and is passionate about creating an environment where they – and their teams – can succeed.
