Mould testing steps
Mould testing is a certain step for mould manufacturing and also a very important step in mould production. Let us discuss about the mould testing step.
Mould testing for plastic injection mould, should be follow bellow steps:
1.Checking –up before assemble the mould one machine
For plastic injection mould, we need to check with our design drawing before we assemble the mould to the machine, in case that any issue will happen in mould testing.
It is better to mark in mould fixed parts and moved parts so that we will not mixed.
2.After checking, we can put the mould on the machine by totally assemble. And please pay attention that mould location ring should be fit in machine fixed plate
location hole. Then press tightly in a very slow mould closing speed. In this way, we can fixed the mould on machine, And third step is the last step for fixing, it is
to make the mould fixed by screw and clamping plate.
3.Adjust the plastic injection machine information —for certain mould open distance, mould ejector distance and clamping force.
4.Close the mould and start to mould testing.
